Center for Transformative Healing

The Center for Transformative Healing (CTH) was founded with the goal of providing compassionate and inclusive mental healthcare. Their focus is on delivering high-quality therapy services that are client- and community-centered, grounded in evidence, and informed by clinical work and research.

CTH provides systemic, trauma-informed, and inclusive psychotherapy services for individuals, intimate partners, and families. The team of therapists brings diverse lived experiences, perspectives, and areas of specialty, including neurodivergent individuals and families, immigrant populations,  play therapy, life transitions (emerging adulthood and adolescence), parent-child relationships, parenting, couples therapy, and medically and health related issues. CTH offers comprehensive ADHD and ASD assessments for individuals ages 15 and older. Therapy services are currently available in English, Mandarin, and Yoruba.

CTH places a strong emphasis on relationships as the foundation for healing and growth. Their work with families, parents, and children is rooted in understanding that early and ongoing relational experiences shape how individuals connect with themselves and others. Whether supporting individuals, strengthening family systems, or helping couples deepen communication and connection, their approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story and context.

CTH’s mission is to provide access to high-quality and inclusive mental health therapy, assessments, consultation, supervision, and training services that are informed by community-engaged clinical research. The CTH team will evaluate the needs of the communities we serve so that services remain relevant, equitable, and grounded in community voices. With an emphasis on collaboration, CTH can best contribute to multi-system and interdisciplinary solutions, adaptive to changing contexts.
