About: I approach mental health care with a level of personalization and depth that goes far beyond symptom management. I invest the time needed to understand each person’s history, challenges, and strengths so I can identify the underlying factors influencing their well-being.

By looking at the full picture, mental, physical, and spiritual, I’m able to create precise, individualized diagnoses and treatment plans that may include medication management as well as integrative, holistic options.
