Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is The Yoga of Awareness. It utilizes prana, mantras, mudras, asanas and meditation to activate transformation. Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, the reservoir of untapped kundalini energy is activated and opens up our potential. The energy spreads throughout us and energizes our cells to bring health and vitality. Our nervous system is synchronized, energetic blocks are released, hormones are balanced, attitude is uplifted, and our consciousness is connected with the infinite.
