I provide parent coaching and co-parenting support for families navigating complex and high-stress dynamics, including behavior challenges, emotional overwhelm, separation, divorce, and ongoing conflict.
My work is grounded in the Happy Home Method, a brain-based and trauma-informed approach that recognizes how stress, attachment patterns, and strengths in families shape both parent and child behavior. Rather than focusing on surface-level solutions, I support parents in understanding what is happening beneath behavior and how to respond in ways that create lasting change.
I work with parents to build clarity, confidence, and practical tools in areas such as emotional regulation, communication, and boundary-setting. This includes reducing reactivity, preventing power struggles, and creating more consistent and supportive parenting approaches across homes.
This work is especially supportive for parents navigating co-parenting dynamics. I help parents create greater structure, predictability, and emotional safety for their children, even when collaboration between parents is limited. I also help parents navigate co-parenting communication, reduce conflict, strengthen communication, and create more stable and child-centered structures across households to prioritize the well-being of children.
I offer a collaborative, non-judgmental space where parents can slow down, feel supported, and make sense of what is happening in their family. Together, we focus on practical, sustainable shifts that strengthen the parent-child relationship and support a more peaceful and connected home environment.
This approach is grounded in the understanding that parenting challenges are not a reflection of failure, but a reflection of societal problems and the resulting stress within a family system. When parents are supported in reconnecting with their own clarity and capacity, meaningful change becomes possible.
I work with families in the Portland, Oregon area and beyond, supporting parents who are seeking thoughtful, relationship-centered guidance and who want to create more connection, cooperation, and confidence in their parenting over time.
