Victory Star Therapy LLC offers a compassionate and personalized approach to therapy for adults navigating grief, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergent burnout. The practice specializes in supporting individuals who are coping with the loss of a beloved pet, feeling overwhelmed by daily life, or experiencing the deep exhaustion that can come from masking, overextending, and trying to keep everything together.

Many clients come in feeling emotionally drained, stuck in cycles of overthinking, or disconnected from themselves and others. For neurodivergent individuals, burnout can show up as chronic fatigue, loss of motivation, increased sensitivity, or a sense of losing touch with who they are. At the same time, grief—especially pet loss—can feel isolating and misunderstood, making it even harder to process.

Victory Star Therapy LLC creates a space where these experiences are taken seriously and fully understood. Therapy is collaborative, supportive, and paced to meet each client where they are, without pressure to “push through” or perform.

A unique aspect of the practice is the integration of geek and pop culture therapy. Many clients naturally connect with stories, characters, and fandoms that reflect their inner experiences. These familiar frameworks can make it easier to explore emotions, process grief, and better understand patterns in a way that feels engaging, validating, and meaningful.

The work focuses on helping clients reduce burnout, process grief, and build practical tools for managing anxiety and depression in everyday life. Over time, clients often begin to feel more grounded, more connected to themselves, and more capable of navigating life with clarity and self-trust.

All services are offered through telehealth, making therapy accessible for clients across Oregon.

Victory Star Therapy LLC offers flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend availability.
